What & who is behind Coverjunkie?
My name is Jaap Biemans. I’m an art director based in Amsterdam, shaping visual stories for Volkskrant Magazine. With over twenty years of experience, I translate ideas into images and narratives that linger. My work has been recognized with Pencils, Cubes, Lamps and Mercurs. A lifelong magazine addict, I believe creativity is not just a skill, but the force that makes life richer, sharper, and more meaningful.
